Cardiff City 26/27 away shirt

Cardiff City’s away kit for the 26/27 season is done in a very clean cream tone that gives all the prominence to the electric blue. The collar is round, with a trim finish, a blue stripe and a maroon edge on the inside that is repeated on the cuffs, where both lines sit side by side in view. On the chest, the club’s bluebird appears in a stylised version on the right, with the sports brand on the other side and the sponsor in blue capital letters in the centre.

The Bluebirds are the Welsh capital’s club that has competed in English football for more than a century, with the Cardiff City Stadium as home and an identity tied to blue and the bluebird crest. Their name is in the history books for the 1927 FA Cup and for the South Wales derby against Swansea, one of the fiercest rivalries in Britain.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
