Celtic FC 26/27 third shirt

Celtic FC’s third kit for the 26/27 season goes for a very clean cream tone, with a discreet embossed pattern running across the front in vertical lines and adding texture without breaking the sobriety of the kit. Dark green is reserved for the details: the three stripes over the shoulders, the trim of the round collar, the crest with the shamrock and the lettering of the main sponsor on the chest. An elegant design, made for matches away from Glasgow.

Celtic were born in the East End of Glasgow and play at Celtic Park, one of the loudest venues in European football. Their green and white stripes, the shamrock and the star that recalls the 1967 European Cup are part of their identity, as is the Old Firm against Rangers, one of the most intense derbies in the world.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
