Colo-Colo 26/27 home goalkeeper shirt

Colo-Colo’s home goalkeeper shirt for the 26/27 season goes for an intense yellow that can be seen from miles away, the classic choice for setting the keeper apart inside the area. The collar is a V-neck in the same tone, with the three black stripes falling over the shoulders and running down to the sleeve. On the sides and the lower part appears a graphic print in white and lighter yellow, with irregular strokes, that breaks up the sobriety of the front. The crest with the cacique’s profile sits on the right of the chest, topped by the star, and the brand logo on the left.

El Cacique is the most decorated institution in Chilean football and the country’s great popular reference, with the Estadio Monumental David Arellano in Macul as their stronghold. Their name honours the Mapuche leader Colo Colo and their 1991 Copa Libertadores remains a milestone for football across the Andes. The Superclásico against Universidad de Chile marks the calendar of any season.

You can choose between the Fan version, looser and comfortable for everyday wear, or the Player version, with a fitted cut and more technical fabric. How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
