Indonesia 26/27 away shirt

Indonesia’s away kit for the 26/27 season goes for a luminous white worked with a very soft grey print: diagonal stripes combined with wave motifs inspired by traditional textiles that run across the whole front. The collar is round with a small V opening and red trim, a colour repeated on the cuffs for contrast. On the left chest sits the brand in red and, on the right, the federation crest in gold with the Garuda eagle, while a dark label sits at the hem.

The Indonesian national team is known as Tim Garuda, after the mythical bird that presides over its emblem, and its usual home is the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Jakarta. Its historic colours are the red and white of the national flag, and its matches against its Southeast Asian neighbours are lived with enormous intensity in the stands.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
