Morocco 26/27 home shirt

Morocco’s home kit for the 26/27 season keeps the deep red that has identified the Atlas Lions from the start. The body is a clean, plain red, broken by two green panels on the sides that rise from the waist to the sleeves, where the green returns on the cuffs. The most carefully finished detail is the craft-inspired trim, with geometric motifs in gold and cream tones, found on the collar and at the edge of the sleeves. The collar is round with a small buttoned opening, and the federation crest sits centred on the chest.

Red and green are the colours of the Moroccan flag and also those of the country’s football, with the five-pointed green star as its emblem. Morocco was the first African national team to win a group at a World Cup, in Mexico 1986, and has one Africa Cup of Nations title, won in 1976. Its supporters are among the loudest and most loyal on the continent.

You can choose between the Fan version, roomier and comfortable for everyday wear, or the Player version, with a fitted cut and fabric designed for competing. Approximate measurements: they may vary by ±2 cm depending on the model. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
