Universidad de Chile 26/27 third shirt

Universidad de Chile’s third kit for the 26/27 season breaks with the usual blue and goes for an intense red worked with garnet gradients and flashes of white lightning running across the sleeves and sides. The print draws a silhouette that evokes a winged figure on the chest, with a white round collar and shoulders finished with the brand’s three stripes. The crest with the U and the star appears on the right chest, while the main sponsor takes the central area in white.

The Santiago club, known as El Chuncho or El Romántico Viajero, is one of the most decorated institutions in Chilean football and has a massive following grouped in Los de Abajo. Its history is tied to the Estadio Nacional, to the memory of the Ballet Azul and to a university derby that divides the capital, as well as the eternal duel against Colo-Colo.

Approximate measurements: they may vary by ±2 cm depending on the model. If you’re between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
