Club América 26/27 home long sleeve shirt

The Club América home kit for the 26/27 season, in a long sleeve version, goes for the yellow that has always identified Las Águilas. The round collar is black ribbed, like the cuffs, and black and red stripes cross the shoulders and run down the sleeve to the wrist. The circular crest with the map of the continent and the initials C and A sits on the chest, next to the brand logo, and the main sponsor stands out in red in the centre. A tone-on-tone graphic of the American continent’s silhouettes can be made out in the fabric.

Founded in Mexico City, América is one of the most decorated and passionate clubs in the Liga MX, with the Estadio Azteca as its home and yellow and blue as its historic hallmarks. Its duels against Chivas, the Clásico Nacional, and against Pumas or Cruz Azul move the whole country.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
