France 26/27 alternate goalkeeper shirt

France’s alternate goalkeeper shirt for the 26/27 season goes for green in several intensities, a classic colour in the goalkeeper’s dressing room. The design revolves around a large central star that takes up almost the whole front, surrounded by patterns of diagonal lines in light green and lime touches that add movement. The collar is round, in matching green, and on the chest sits the crest of the Fédération Française de Football with the cockerel and the two stars, beside the brand logo. Below, on the hem, the cockerel is repeated in a dark tone.

Les Bleus are one of the great powers of world football: two-time world champions, with continental titles and a Confederations Cup in their honours list, along with an identity tied to the Stade de France and the blue, white and red of the tricolour. Their academy and their duels with Italy, Germany or Spain are part of the modern history of the tournament.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
