Liverpool FC 26/27 home shirt

Liverpool FC’s home kit for the 26/27 season keeps red as its signature, this time with a pattern of brushstrokes and small triangles in a light tone spread across the whole front, adding texture and movement to the shirt. The collar is round, in deep red with a white interior, and the three stripes run down in white from the shoulders to the sleeve, finished with a contrast cuff. The Liver Bird crest with the L.F.C. initials sits on the chest, alongside the main sponsor and the sportswear brand in white.

The Reds are the club of Anfield, one of the most recognisable stadiums in England, where “You’ll Never Walk Alone” rings out before every match. How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
