Liverpool FC 26/27 third shirt

Liverpool’s third kit for the 26/27 season breaks with the usual red and goes for a dark maroon covered by a pattern of geometric fragments in black, spread across the front, the sleeves and the sides. The collar is round in black with a light inner trim, and the manufacturer’s three stripes appear in white over the shoulders. On the chest stand out the Liver Bird crest and the main sponsor in white, with the brand logo on the other side and sleeve sponsor details on the right arm.

Founded in 1892 and based at Anfield, Liverpool is one of the most decorated clubs in England, with multiple league titles and European Cups in its trophy cabinet. The “You’ll Never Walk Alone” that resounds in The Kop stand, the rivalry with Everton in the Merseyside derby and the historic contest with Manchester United are part of its identity.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
