Newcastle United 26/27 third kit shirt

Newcastle United’s third kit for the 26/27 season breaks with the classic black and white and opts for a very pale pink, almost lilac, that covers the whole body of the shirt. Navy appears in the details: the three stripes over the shoulders, the trim on the round collar, the brand logo, the main sponsor on the chest and the club crest, as well as the yellow patch on the sleeve. A clean, simply cut short-sleeved design, where the contrast between the soft tone and the navy does all the work.

The Magpies are the footballing reference of the north-east of England, with St James’ Park as a fortress in the very centre of Newcastle and a fanbase renowned for its loyalty. A club with league titles and FA Cups in its history, a marked rivalry with Sunderland in the Tyne-Wear derby and an identity tied to white and black stripes.

How to measure

The most reliable way is to measure a shirt you already own that fits you well. Lay it flat without stretching it:

• Chest: measure from armpit to armpit and multiply by two. Compare the result with the “Chest” column.
• Length: measure from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar, down to the hem.
• Kids: go by height; age is only a guide.
• Trainers: stand with your heel against a wall on a sheet of paper, mark the tip of your longest toe and measure the distance in centimetres.
